Dr. Hermine Jan Warren   Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)has been an Advanced Practice RN (APRN) for over 35 years. She is both a PALETTE and Galderma GenNow faculty member. Additionally, Hermine is also Co-Faculty for the Academy for Injection Anatomy with Dr. Chris Surek. She has been certified by the Esthetic Skin Institute, International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses, Lumenis, Palomar, Cutera, Allergan, Galderma, and Merz Aesthetics giving her extensive training and background to provide you with a custom-tailored program to meet your individual non-surgical aesthetic needs.

Dr. Michael Lum   Founder of Facialogy Medical, Inc. He is a licensed physician (D.O.) and surgeon in the State of California.  Additionally, he is a Diplomate of the National Board of Osteopathic Medical Examiners, a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Osteopathic Medical Examiners, a member of the American Osteopathic Association, Osteopathic Physicians and Surgeons of California and of the American Academy of Aesthetic Medicine.

Dr. Steve Yoelin   Medical Educational Director. He is a board certified ophthalmologist. Dr. Yoelin completed his undergraduate work at the University of California, Davis, where he graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. He attained his medical degree from the University of California, Irvine, where he received numerous awards for his academic efforts and also his research efforts. For the past eight years, Dr. Yoelin has developed a keen interest in the use of neurotoxins, dermal fillers and collagen stimulators. In addition, he continues to actively participate in various FDA and investigator initiated clinical trials regarding a variety of facial aesthetics related issues.
