BOTOX® - DYSPORT® - XEOMIN®Botox®, Dysport®, and Xeomin® are simple, yet safe, treatments that will produce relaxation of muscles that ordinarily cause skin to wrinkle. These age-defying procedures can temporarily smooth moderate to severe frown lines on the forehead, between the brows, and by the crows-feet around the eyes, anywhere from three to six months. Results will vary from patient to patient
DERMAL FILLERS Collagen dermal fillers are primarily used for soft tissue augmentation and wrinkle reduction (Some collagen products will require allergy testing). Restylane®, Restylane® Silk, Restylane® Refyne, Kysse, and Defyne, Juvederm® XC / Ultra XC and Belotero® are the most commonly used hyaluronic acid injectable dermal fillers for volume enhancement. They can be injected into the lines that run from the nose to the mouth (naso-labial folds), the lines we get by the side of the mouth (oral commissures), the lines that run from the mouth to the jawline (marionette lines), the vermillion border of the lips, and the lips themselves. Juvederm Voluma® XC, and Restylane® Lyft also hyaluronic acid injectables, are designed specifically for mid-facial volume loss providing longer duration with enhanced lifting. Radiesse™, a semi-permanent dermal volumizer, can also be used for cosmetic correction. The improvements from these dermal fillers are immediate and dramatic.
PHOTO REJUVENATION TREATMENTS (Photofacials)Age spots, Rosacea, spider veins, sun damage, and fine lines can all be addressed with an Intense Pulse Light™ , "NO-DOWNTIME", rejuvenating Photo-facial. This laser successfully targets two types of chromophores: Melanin and/or Blood, and can be used on the face, neck, chest, arms, and hands (Photorejuvenation Treatments can be comfortably used on Skin Types I-V). A series of at least five treatments is recommended for desired results. Turn back the hands of time!
SCLEROTHERAPY The "gold standard" for elimination of spider veins in the legs. A solution - sclerosing agent - is injected with a fine needle into the veins. The material (Hypertonic Saline), causes an irritation to the lining of the vessel, which eventually causes scar tissue to form. This process will cause a gradual fading to complete absorption of the vessel from over a period of several weeks to several months. The number of treatments will vary from patient to patient.
HydraFacial MD®The HydraFacial MD® is a new breakthrough in aesthetic technology.  This treatment has the ability to hydrate and moisturize while removing dead skin cells and impurities.  The HydraFacial MD® is designed for all skin types, and is easily tolerated by even the most sensitive skin.  LED therapy follows each treatment.  The combination of these two procedures ensures radiant skin tone and noticeable refinement.  A series of 4-6 weekly treatments are recommended, to be followed by a monthly maintenance visit to retain results.  The HydraFacial MD® is soothing, refreshing, non-irritating and immediately effective.
MICRONEEDLING TREATMENT An electric skin needling device, Vistapen3™ , is a revolutionary micro-needling device which aims to tighten, lift and rejuvenate skin. The Vistapen3™ can visibly improve the appearance of: fine lines, wrinkles, surgical, acne and trauma scars, stretch marks, pigmentation, and much more. When the needle tip makes contact with the skin, the needles create tiny punctures in the skin's surface, causing micro-trauma, and inducing an immune response, and subsequently, the creation of new healthy collagen. The punctures also act as micro-channels that carry topical nutrients used during the treatment deep into skin layers for an increased effect. Since the needles oscillate as quickly as they do, the tip of the Vistapen3™ easily *glides* across the skin, without catching or causing any dermal tearing. Downtime is minimal; with most patients experiencing some redness (like a sunburn) and swelling for 24-48 hours. A series of at least 4-6 treatments is recommended for desired results.
PLATELET RICH PLASMA (PRP) / PLATELET RICH FIBRIN (PFR)
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) was used for a number of years in orthopedics and sports medicine to treat muscle and ligament injuries, pain problems, and skin lesions. Due to the success of PRP in medicine, the procedure was then developed into an anti-aging treatment designed to induce new collagen production, reduce wrinkles, and diminish the visible signs of aging by growing new healthy tissue. PRP/PRF is also used for hair restoration. PRP and PRF are both harvested from the blood. However, Platelet-Rich Fibrin is the next generation treatment of platelet concentrate. PRF is a fibrin matrix comprised of platelet cytokines, growth factors and cells used to help promote skin rejuvenation, hair growth and wound healing. The difference between PRP/PRF lies in the processing of the blood (spin cycles) so that certain specific elements are retained in PRF. PRP/PRF are considered to be safe, natural treatments because, rather than using a synthetic substance, it uses cells and growth factors from your own blood to slow the aging process for a more youthful and radiant appearance. Once injected under the skin or applied topically onto the surface of the skin in combination with micro-needling, PRP/PRF therapy counteracts aging by stimulating new collagen production in the exact areas of concern where we want the skin to repair and rejuvenate itself. A minimum of 1-6 treatments are recommended at 4-week intervals until the desired results are achieved, followed by quarterly maintenance treatments.
POLYDIOXANONE THREAD LIFT (PDO)PDO stands for Polydioxanone, which has been used in cardiothoracic surgery for decades! This foreign body is a synthetic absorbable surgical suture that stimulates collagen synthesis. There are 3 types of threads: Barbs (for lifting), Twists (for support/ filling up concavities), and Smooths (for support/ refining tone and texture). PDO threads are relatively painless with instant results. For desired results to be maintained, touch-up treatments are necessary as the threads do dissolve, and collagenesis is variable depending on age, skin condition, texture, tone and skin laxity.
AQUAGOLD®AquaGold® Fine Touch is a microinjector device that uses 24 karat gold-plated surgical steel microneedles to inject small amounts of solution into the superficial layers of the skin. This simple skin rejuvenation procedure effectively treats everything from fine lines, wrinkles, and laxity to hyperpigmentation, acne scarring, pore size, and dullness. Customized to your skin-care concerns, it evenly delivers a tailored infusion of potent treatments into the skin on your face, neck, décolletage, and even on the back of your hands. Popular treatment combinations include hyaluronic acid, neurotoxins like Botox Dysport growth factors, peptides, and platelet-rich plasma. A minimum of 1-6 treatments are recommended at 4-week intervals until the desired results are achieved, followed by quarterly maintenance treatments.
